FAQs

Our restaurant is located in Westerville at 584 W Schrock Rd Westerville, Ohio 43081. Easy access from 270. Take the Cleveland Ave exit north and turn right onto Schrock. We are in the Parkview Center just on the left.

Like most restaurants, CBIV closes its kitchen before the time the restaurant officially closes.

Online ordering ends 30 minutes before the restaurant closes. The last in-house order is taken 15 minutes before closing time.

This policy allows the staff to start cleaning up and preparing for the next day. It ensures that they do not have to stay hours past closing time to accommodate last-minute guests.

It also provides time for those finishing their meals in the dining room and for folks to pick up online orders.

On Sunday, we offer brunch from 10 am to 1 pm.

Like with our policy regarding order cutoff on other days, online brunch orders end at 12:30 pm, and in-house orders stop at 12:45. We say brunch ends at 1 pm to allow those in the dining room to finish their meals and for pickup of online orders.

The regular menu typically begins at 1:30 pm to allow us time to clear out the brunch offerings and to set up the regular menu items.

Absolutely! Use our convenient online ordering system and we'll make it fresh and have it waiting for you!

Yes! 100 percent plant-based dishes! Owner/Chef Clayton Freeman creates mouthwatering, healthy vegan dishes that even omnivores will love! With a menu of familiar favorites but with a plant-based twist, we bet after the first bite you'll be saying..."can't believe it's vegan!"

Yes, some of our dishes are naturally "gluten-free friendly" and others can be modified to be so. Note that CBIV is not a "gluten-free" restaurant. We do not have separate cooking spaces or appliances to ensure there is no cross-contamination with gluten.

Dishes without soy are listed as well (unless obvious, like a fruit bowl). Soy-free designations are based on the manufacturers' labeling of ingredients.

We cannot guarantee any manufacturer's claims of our dishes' gluten- or soy-free foods. As a guest, your choices are your own based on the information we've provided.

Some of our dishes use vegan cheeses made from coconut oil. There also are dishes that use nut milk.

One salad has almond slivers and is clearly called out in the ingredient list.

Otherwise, there is very little use of nuts at CBIV.

The kitchen is not nut-free, and cross-contamination could occur.

Please ask about ingredients if you have a nut allergy.

Now that CBIV has opened a storefront, our catering services will change. Those interested in a delicious, economical way to feed a crowd, can fill out the catering form and we'll work to find a perfect solution for your tastes and budget.

We are working to build out a "large order" page that will make the process easier. Stand-by!

Currently, CBIV will not deliver or set up catering orders. Guests can place an order and pick it up from the restaurant.

No, CBIV does not have a license for alcohol, beer, or wine. But our neighbor, The Draft Room, welcomes you to have a libation with them and you can enjoy your CBIV meals there.

Like any other restaurant, CBIV might find some items that need to be removed from the menu for a variety of business reasons. Accordingly, we reserve the right to do that and it could be without notice.
